Overview

WeaselsFC ("we", "us", "our") operates the WeaselsFC mobile application (the "App") and the weaselsfc.com website. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Training Data

As you use the App, we collect:

• Quiz answers, response times, and accuracy scores
• Training session progress and completion data
• Self-evaluation ratings for decision-making skills
• Position and focus area preferences selected during onboarding

Audio Recordings

The App uses your device microphone to record voice journal reflections. Audio recordings are:

• Stored securely so you can replay them within the App
• Uploaded to our secure servers for transcription and playback
• Accessible only to you (protected by row-level security tied to your account)
• Never shared with third parties
• Never used for advertising purposes

You control when recording starts and stops. The App does not record audio in the background.

Device Information

We collect basic device information including device locale (language setting) to provide content in your preferred language.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide personalized training content based on your position and skill level
• Track your progress and improvement over time
• Generate insights about your decision-making patterns
• Improve the quality and relevance of training scenarios
• Provide aggregated, anonymized analytics to your club (if applicable)

Data Storage and Security

• Account data is managed by Clerk (https://clerk.com)
• Training data and transcriptions are stored in Supabase (https://supabase.com) with row-level security policies
• Audio files are encrypted in transit and at rest
• All API communications use HTTPS

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share:

• Aggregated, anonymized performance data with your club or team (if you are part of one)
• Data required by law enforcement when legally obligated

Website Forms and SMS Communications

Forms on the weaselsfc.com website (including the "Jefe by WeaselsFC" opt-in at /jefe) may collect your name, email address, club or organization, role, and — if you provide it — your mobile number.

• This information is used solely to send you the communications you expressly consented to when submitting the form.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
• SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
• You can opt out at any time: reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply.

Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your data by contacting us
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of audio recording by not using the journal feature

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
